Yoga educator for over 15 years, with more than 1,500 hours of international training, Miguel teaches with an approach that blends philosophy and anatomy.
He spent a year living in a Sivananda ashram in Canada before training in postural yoga at Yoga Espacio in Mexico City. He has also studied philosophy, history, and Sanskrit through Yogic Studies, and traveled to India to deepen his understanding of traditional yoga.
Co-founder of Yogena Paris, an educational platform dedicated to yoga, Miguel now teaches in several Parisian studios, offering an inspiring and rigorous pedagogy.

Vinyasa Yoga | Mat Pilates | Mobility & flexibility

Former dancer trained at AID and RIDC, and holder of the EAT in contemporary dance, Claire has made movement her true passion.
Today, she shares it through Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates, mobility, and flexibility classes.
Certified by Yoga Alliance, qualified fitness coach, and certified Pilates instructor, she offers sessions that combine precision, fluidity, and well-being aiming to deeply strengthen the body and help reconnect with oneself authentically.

English boxing | Muay Thai | MMA

At 30 years old, Salaheddine holds black belts in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Luta Livre. Professional MMA fighter and former international competitor in K1 Rules and Muay Thaï, he has been teaching martial arts for over five years.
His motto: "The strongest stone in a building is the lowest in the foundation."
Outside of sports, he enjoys playing chess and guitar.

Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a BPJEPS certification, he brings over 9 years of experience in both individual and group coaching including support for professional athletes in football and running.
He guides each person through a holistic approach: listen, understand, relieve pain in order to perform better afterward.

Certified Yoga teacher with 500 hours of training in India (Hatha & Vinyasa), Élodie shares her passion with warmth and care through classes that are accessible to all where breath, movement, and body awareness come together.
Her specialty: a captivating flow that releases tension, strengthens, and softens the body.
Élodie discovered yoga in 2015, following several back surgeries a turning point that revealed yoga as a true path to healing and renewal.
